We Are Open Again!
We are pleased to announce the resumption of services on May 19. We will meet and exceed health and safety guidelines from the BC Center of Disease Control, Worksafe BC and College of Chiropractors BC. WE have sincerely missed all of you and look forward to seeing you soon.
Please read our opening procedures before calling to book an appointment.
In order to keep us all safe, please review our new operating procedures:
While Covid 19 is still around us, we are meeting and exceeding all health, safety and sanitation guidelines as provided to us by the provincial health authorities.
Booking Your Appointment. – When you call to book an appointment, you will be screened for any Covid19 symptoms. If you have any symptoms you suspect may be related to Covid19, please use the BC Covid19 Assessment Tool on-line or call 811.
If you feel you are vulnerable please make that known to reception so we can book you in our 1st or last appointment of the day. During this time, we are waiving all cancellation fees, so call and cancel if you feel unwell.
At this time we ask for your patience as we will be running at 50% capacity and prioritizing urgent care.
Appointment Times Are Staggered To Limit The Number Of Patients In The Clinic At Any One Time. As we will be practicing social distancing please arrive at your scheduled time, not earlier. Tardiness will not be accommodated at this time. Please come in alone, not with a partner or children. This helps keep people in our reception area to a minimum, to adhere to social distancing.
When You Arrive : Don’t be surprised to see us wearing masks. This is for health and safety of all of us but be assured that we are thrilled to see you and smiling under there!
Practice Social Distancing. Check in at the reception desk. We will then spritz sanitizer on your hands and if you can please stay at least 2m a part from each other at all times. We have spread out the chairs on the waiting room accordingly.
During Your Treatment. If possible, bring your own mask, surgical or cloth is acceptable but not mandatory. Your practitioner will be wearing one. Gloves are also optional. Please keep conversations to a minimum so we can focus on your health and maximize your appointment time.
The Treatment Room Will Be Sanitized Before You Enter. We will meet and exceed all health, safety and sanitizing guidelines from our provincial health authorities throughout the clinic.
Clinic washrooms should only be used if necessary. If you see anything that makes you uncomfortable or unsafe, please bring it to our attention immediately and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Please Book Your Next Appointment Before You Leave. This helps us control our schedule to keep everyone safe.
